Kimberly practices Ashtanga yoga and appreciates the manner in which it calms her mind and enriches her physical health. Kimberly shares her love of yoga and it's benefits by teaching the teen yoga vinyasa class. She encourages people of every age to practice yoga on a regular basis in order to calm the mind, improve overall health, and find inner peace in the process.

Lisa Long

Lisa enjoys a daily Ashtanga practice of the primary series (illness purification or yoga therapy) and the intermediate series (nerve purification). She believes the ‘prescribed method’ is very much worth exploring to discover not only its physical benefits, but also its more subtle and transformative aspects.

Spiritually oriented from childhood, Diana discovered Kundalini Yoga with Babaji Singh Kahalsa in 1998. Due to her qualities and discipline while a yoga student, she was asked to collaborate in teaching at Babaji's Ashram after a year. She has been a teacher ever since.
