I have always been drawn to health and fitness. After years of being a runner and loyal gym rat, I discovered Yoga in 2005. Through the years, it has calmed my mind and body as I allowed myself to focus within and just breathe. Yoga has provided me strength and courage, inner peace and most importantly balance in all aspects of my life. I am especially captivated by Ashtanga Yoga and recently completed yoga teacher training in Encinitas, California with Tim Miller.

I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with individuals through yoga, and strongly believe that yoga is a constant discovery. My classes are designed to accommodate students at all levels as I encourage them to expand their mind and body awareness in order to create their own unique practice. In addition to teaching yoga, I take pleasure in wearing stretchy pants and flip flops while working with an amazing team at lululemon athletica.

Thank you! Some of the teachers who have inspired me greatly in my pursuit of practicing and teaching yoga are: Lisa Long, Ana Hollis, Nydia Darby, Effie Wood, and of course, Tim Miller. Having had opportunities to train with and/or attend workshops with these individuals has been an honor and a gift; and this is a gift I would like to give back to all that study yoga with me. This is a journey in which we are constantly growing, discovering, and stretching the mind, body and soul. Allow the true spirit within you to awaken.
